Workflow Integration:

Integrating applications has continued to become more common, and the growing availability of tools and standards and service-oriented architecture (SOA) appear to hold a promise of easier integration.

Functional Integration:

Functional Integration consists of Process Design and definition, build time, run time, Process Initiations, Control, Interactions with Users and Applications

Application Integration:

In Application integration we got 3 different parts and they are

1. Rules: Rules Integration consist of Development of business rules across multiple systems, Consistent approach to error management from a single rule set. Management of session information across interactions and across systems and Ability to configure the run-time operation of the entire system, configure its communication with the various systems that make up the environment, and deploy new versions of the various components

2. Model: In this type if Integration we got Modeling of business processes across systems for optimization and integration and Monitoring the speed and efficiency of end-to-end business processes for optimization and issue tracking

3. Connection: This consist of Basic connectivity in which applications are able to communicate with each other and Translation of data format, and so on among applications
